We want you to love your jewelry, which is why we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for all unworn pieces in their original packaging. Please note that personalized items and earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene and customization reasons.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the jewelry in its original PDPAOLA box and secure it inside a mailing envelope or box to ensure it arrives safely.
Label and Ship
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
